Distance: Approx. 210 km | Drive time: 4–5 hours 06:00 hrs – Pick-up from Nairobi Early morning pick-up from your hotel or residence in Nairobi. Depart northwards via Thika Road, passing through Kenya’s scenic central highlands with views of tea and coffee plantations and Mount Kenya in the distance. 10:30 hrs – Arrival at Ol Pejeta Conservancy Arrive at Ol Pejeta Conservancy, one of Kenya’s leading private wildlife conservancies and a global leader in conservation. 10:45 hrs – Morning Game Drive Embark on your first guided game drive across the conservancy’s diverse ecosystems. Ol Pejeta is home to the Big Five, the largest population of black rhinos in East Africa, and the world’s last remaining northern white rhinos. Expect sightings of elephants, lions, cheetahs, Grevy’s zebras, giraffes, buffalo, and a rich variety of birdlife. 13:00 hrs – Lunch Lunch at your selected safari lodge or camp within/near the conservancy 14:30 hrs – Afternoon Activities (Optional / Scheduled) Choose from the following experiences: Visit to the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary Rhino conservation and tracking experience Guided nature walk or additional game drive 17:30 hrs – Evening ate Leisur Return to the lodge to relax, enjoy sunset views over the plains, and listen to the sounds of the wild. 19:00 hrs – Dinner & Overnight Dinner and overnight stay at a safari lodge or tented camp in Ol Pejeta / Nanyuki area.

Drive time: 4–5 hours total 06:30 hrs – Breakfast & Check-out Early breakfast at the lodge, followed by check-out. 07:30 hrs – Transfer to Mount Kenya National Park Drive to Mount Kenya National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Africa’s second-highest mountain. 09:00 hrs – Guided Mount Kenya Day Hike (Sirimon Route) Begin a guided hike along the Sirimon Route, one of the most scenic and accessible trails on Mount Kenya. The hike passes through indigenous forest, bamboo zones, and open moorlands characterized by unique afro-alpine vegetation such as giant lobelias and groundsels. The hike is paced for moderately fit travellers, offering panoramic views of the mountain peaks, valleys, and surrounding landscapes. 13:00 hrs – Picnic Lunch Enjoy a packed picnic lunch in a designated scenic spot before descending. 14:30 hrs – Descend & Exit the Park Conclude the hike and exit Mount Kenya National Park. 15:30 hrs – Drive Back to Nairobi Begin the return journey to Nairobi with short comfort stops en route. 19:00 hrs – Arrival in Nairobi Drop-off at your hotel or residence.
